Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation of Subscription or Course Access
- Subscription Cancellations:
If you have subscribed to a monthly or annual course plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after cancellation, but you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. - Course Purchase Cancellation:
If you purchase a one-time course, you may cancel the purchase within 7 days from the date of the transaction, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content. If you request a refund after this period or after accessing more than 10% of the course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund Criteria:
A refund may be issued if:- You request it within 7 days of purchase, and you have not accessed more than 10% of the course.
- You face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time frame.
- The course content is materially different from what was described.
- Non-Refundable Purchases:
Certain courses or content marked as “non-refundable” or purchased during limited-time promotional events may not be eligible for a refund. Always check the course details before purchasing.
3. Process for Refunds

- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
